Ansar & VDP

1) Unemployed members of VDP platoon with at least 9th class registration between the ages of 18 to 35 years are sent for training at various training centers in the department. 2) 2 VDP platoon was formed in each village between the ages of 18 to 35 and with 32 male members and 32 female members with 9th class registration. 3) A union Ansar platoon has been formed in Garuria union with 32 male members. 4) A company has been formed in the upazila with 100 male Ansar members. 5) There is a female Ansar platoon in the upazila with 32 female members. 6) Garuria Union has 1 Union Ansar Commander, 1 Union Party Leader and 1 Union Party Leader. 6) Trained Ansar VDP member Sadsragan Durga Puja Mandapa is engaged in maintaining law and order with the police. 6) Trained Ansar, VDP members are involved in national elections, Upazila Parishad elections and Union Parishad elections and are responsible for maintaining law and order with the police. 9) To train the general Ansar PC / APC (male) and make them capable of performing their duties efficiently and providing dynamic leadership. 10) To receive the basic (male) training of the general Ansar and to perform the duties assigned to them as an incorporated Ansar. 11) The general Ansar will be able to carry out its responsibilities by receiving basic training (women). 12) Quotas in various departmental training centers for selection and training of qualified trainees for various vocational training including sewing, air conditioner, fridge, electrician, basic computer, motor driving, mobile phone set repair, welding sweater knitting, poultry rearing and fish farming.
